I'll say what none of my advertisers will say. Don't think that Consumer Fireworks necessarily have to be legal in your state to have them shipped to you. You could of had them shipped to you irrespective of the recent law change. What states these guys ship to is depended on if they paid a fee to the state for the permission to ship into that state. Some states have it and some don't. Then there are some states like New York that may not allow it at all. In the New York example you pick it up at a truck depot just across the border into Pennsylvania. It is all a transfer of responsibility when you sign the pre-sale document.
My suggestion is to find friends and family in your area and place one single order , buy everything by the case , this will get you a better shipping price. One person places and receives the order.
