Tau here we go again

This is a picture of a Tau translation of sort from Hawaii. Consumers in Hawaii are allow to purchase 5,000 firecrackers with a $25.00 permit. But wait , these firecracker packages are often numbered with false Tau number that many falsely believe is the actual number of firecracker in the package. The Hawaii permit is issue for the actual number of firecracker not the Tau. Here is a picture of a translation from a news report I found. If I had my way all that Tau number bullshit would fade away and the package will list the actually number of firecrackers.

It's only celebration firecrackers that are listed in TAU I'm pretty sure. This article seems to just round off the number as TAU rolls tend to be odd numbers.
