Hello I have buddy that is interested in getting his 54 in Missouri and he has a good bit land. Is the process the same as it in in Texas?

It's all the same process. It is a federal license. Some states have their say so on how where and if you can store and shoot the stuff. We both know Texas. Our firemarshall needs to know everything. But yes, as far as the license goes it's the same for every state, even Texas and Ohio and new york
