Has anyone ever heard of or seen the Sky Thunder X-Calibur or X-Thunder Canister Shells in action?
Have heard some good things, but cannot find anything online other than where Jakes had a lawsuit against Sky Thunder because of the name.
Here are the shells I can get wholesale the above mentioned and Quest, Supernova, Hellcat, G Force, Echo In the Ear, Ghost Killer, Heavyweight. (Black Widow & WC Excals are sold out)
I understand 60 grams is 60 grams, but figured I would see what you guys thought.
Thanks Pyros!

Depends on what you are looking for in shells.... Echo in the ear is good but lacks variety... I've never had hellcat, but all the rest listed are great shells... Quest and supernova are supposed to be pretty good this year, but that aside it really depends on what effects you're looking for...

I've shot G-force, echo in the ear and supernova. G force and echo in the ear are pretty much the same but supernova are great especially since you can get a case in a single effect.

Thanks for all the info.
If anyone else would like to chip in that would be great. Would really like to hear about the Hellcats. Have the Quest, Supernova, and the Sky Thunder X-Cal in the garage, but thinking of switching out the Quest fornthe Hellcats.

I'm curious to see if the thunder x-cals your talking about are the same as the thunderation shells I'm looking at....

Definitely curious on those shells! Supposedly Sky Thunder got busted for them being to heavy when shipped and had to pay $$$. We shall see. I have them in the garage so I should just go shoot them off with some Pro Shells or a Black Widow I have left over from last year.

I shot the Hellcats last year and liked them. I shot them along with the Supernova's and Quest shells.

If you go to the Spirit of 76 Fireworks Youtube channel they just had a demo shoot on May 5th and 6th and have all the items they shot in a video. At 21:59 in the video they demo about 6 shells. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RN5PsM9QB_A

Out of those 3 what were you impressions? I am basically picking 2 out of the 3 of those. Which 2 based on size and sound?

I would say you would be happy with any of the three, but if I had to choose I would say the Hellcats and the Supernovas. Just my 2 cents worth.

I recently went to a demo at Sky thunder where they shot some of the x-thunder shells. They were awesome, very loud and colorful breaks.

That is excellent news Rob. I beleive they are the exact same shells just renamed due to the lawsuit.
