Got my 54 today with a lot of help from Dave and fellow enthusiast Reed S! The ATF investigators apparently are real reluctant to approve 54 in TX due to a lot of state regulations (even though the federal and state laws are mutually exclusive) so Dave's help was really helpful for the process.

If you plan on getting a 54, highly recommend getting Dave's DVD not only for the info in the DVD pack but for the ongoing help he provides throughout the entire process from all the questions and face to face interview. Thanks again Dave!
