Does any one know who did the fireworks at the pre-inaugural ceremony? I thought the "USA" and the flag were pretty awesome!

Fireworks by Grucci. I've never seen THAT before.....amazing.

The USA and flag effects were AMAZING!! I've never seen anything like that before.

A company did a show in Vegas when they imploded the Riviera. They did a countdown like that. I think 702 pyrotechnics on YouTube took a video of it.

Here is the link. Of course grucci did this show also. They must have the technology to do this patented or something. The countdown starts at 4:50. It's actually a really nice display.

There also were a bunch of red star pattern shells in the show. I thought the USA was a little sloppy--might have been the wind--the "A" looked more like an "R"--but an awesome job none the less. The flag was not as clear as some of the other times they have shot it...but it is an incredible effect to pull off.
I really liked that is was shot to "The Battle Hymn of the Republic"...restoring patriotism to political events.

The effects being the highlight of the night, in my opinion, they could have done better with the show overall. It just seemed too much of a standard show for the occasion. Im not really a fan of Grucci.
