I am a fireworks hobbyist in XXXXX and have been watching your videos for about a year now and just recently bought my first cobra firing system, because I totally found your video and simple explanation of the system easy and user friendly. yesterday, I bought your DVD, on how to obtain your ATF license and wanted to know of any concerns or special requirements there are for XXXXXX residence? Please advise if any special requirements or would it be simpler to move to obtain license then move back to XXXXX later?
