This sticker was on the side of the sample Shogun Consumer Fireworks sent to me. Now we know that the American Fireworks Standards Laboratory is not the only one out there with standards testing.

There are other ones out there too. When the import papers come in with shipments, they customs brokers also need from a testing agency all of the standardized testing results. this is needed to pass thru customs.
