Cobra 18R2 Control Panel Verizon Ellipsis 10

My Verizon Ellipsis 10 is not working with the control panel Verizon says it is USB to OTG compatible and has a KitKat 5.1. However it does work well with my older Motorola phone, any ideas. Scott from cobra and I are both at a loss here.

I assume your using the same usb to otg cable? Unless there was an update I'm not aware Big red might be blowing smoke up your ass as I didn't think the Ellipsis 10 had OTG capabilities. You can always get basic and try your OTG cable with a flash drive connected.
