Don't buy the books and don't make flash or any other explosives. Life is short enough as is.

I seen some books like that at a flea market down my way a few years ago. I asked the guy selling them to please not too....but he wouldnt. I ended up buying them and burning them...

hahahahaha! i deffinately agree with j's12...it is also cheap enough to just buy the fireworks that you want in most cases (no pun intended) but if you DO buy by the case it is a pretty good deal

I didn't buy the books but it made me mad because thats just another reason for people to try and ban fireworks

You can burn the books, but people will still find the information they want..accurate or not!! we are here at PyroTalk because the magic of the internet allows us global access. Anyone, anywhere, can find out how to do/make anything they want. Hopefully, by encouraging people in a positive manner that they really should value their lives & body parts & not make flash and continually pointing out the dangers of doing so, --maybe some will listen & not end up on the 6 0'clock news.

That's my biggest thing I don't want anybody to get hurt or die because of they decided to make some of this powder and sad but true is the internet gives the info on all of that

That would be difficult to do since we are scattered all over creation--however, maybe Dave might think about some sort of a site member get together & shoot sometime in the future? What do you think, Dave? More work for you!!!
