If you looking for a chance to put your new ATF license to work, Fire Art in Clearfield Pennsylvania is having an open shoot. You can now legally purchase 1.3 fireworks and shoot on the property that night. I'll be there and so will many other fireworks enthusiast. We will show you how to do it.
