I saw this in an email from NFA. It going to take someone to explain to us in simple terms. Apparently some of these fireworks products are too loud and powerful and still meet the current standards. I suspect they are making these "Consumer" products sound like a report in the air when they break but it is really not a report under the current standards. All the more reason for the Pro-lines and Articles of Pyrotechnics category to continue to add more products.
