2 quick contingency storage questions

Was going to send out my app earlier this week but got busy with work. There were a few things I wasn't clear of in the dvd. Now before I mail it I wanted to be sure on 2 things. I have a plan with the approval letter. Now the form that asks for all the info about the storage do I have to fill all of it out or just check contingency and fill out the portion from letter J down?

Also section 22 on the app. Is this ok to check these even though it isn't my storage

If you can I prefer ATF application specific questions be sent to my email pyrotalk@gmail.com rather than post them on the forums. You are going to get multiple different answers from different people on what is and what is not correct. Strange thing is I saw the picture you posted displaying on my phone and now when I am on a desktop computer I can not see it. Can you email the picture to me. In general the application is not like an test examination. If you have the key elements included with the application the ATF Inspector will correct little subtleties on the application and ask you to initial the changes. OK send me that picture.
