contingency storage around georgia?

The one time I was able to buy 1.3 product, I was able to use contingency with the company I purchased the product from. I did a small show on the beach in FL and got permission from the local fire marshal. I purchased the product from Extreme Pyrotechnics, which have a magazine location in Tallahassee. For my initial Type 54, I called a local blasting company and asked for a letter which would give me access to a magazine should I ever need it. I have no intention of using that company, but for the initial permit, it worked. Should I ever purchase 1.3 product again, I will use the company I purchase from for contingency. Most companies will do this if you buy from them. In GA, the trick is to get more display companies! haha
