I have watched Dave's video and am finishing my application. I have my contingency plan letter and have a question on finishing my application. Do I need to get these answers from my future supplier? 1. Special conditions, such as difficulty accessing in winter, etc., and 2. A plat plan?

Like ras said you don't need to fill any of that out, if you want you can write "See attached contingency letter" to address the point.
