We actually use a lot of the metal racks from 2.5 - 5". My only beef are the 4's and 5's where the welds on the top and bottom come loose from constant banging around loading and unloading from the trucks. The 2.5 and 3's have not had any issues and are much lighter then the wooden type...

Thanks for your business CTPYRO. There was a small issue with the welding last year that affected a small percentage of the racks. This issue has been resolved and the welds are stronger than ever. We have also repaired and re-welded any of the racks sent back to us due to failed weld. We now do a tear test on the welds every 25 racks and have yet to have a failed weld.
