HELLO! I just purchased the start up video from Dave. All my life Iv been big into consumer grade fireworks. I put on a show at my camp every year on the 4th of July. Im a PA resident and I have to drive to Ohio every year for fireworks. Im looking to do bigger and better things which is why I'm interested in my 1.3 License (as well as doing things legally). Not as employment but to expand on my hobby, which is why i thought Dave's video was a good purchase. The Township that I do my display requires you to be federally licensed to do even consumer displays....:mad:
Can anyone tell me what if any kind of training is required for a 1.3 license? Im interested in doing training and safety things on my own regardless. Sorry if this is a dumb question I'm new to the whole federally licensed thing...Thanks!
