Well the 4th has now come and gone and I had 30 days to get this show together. This is the raw video that is unedited from the spectator point of view. The lens wasnt wide enough to capture the entire sky sadly. Watching it now, I can tell you that I learned a lot from doing the show this way. Often times, in my opinion, there was too much going on. None the less, take a look and pick it apart so I can do better next time. The next video will be the edited one and will include footage from the board point of view as well as my point of view and whatnot. Its 20 mins from start to finish. Thank you guys for all of your input!

Here is a cool ground zero video. The slow motion at the end is kinda cool to see the sparks and charred paper flying around.

Great pics and setup. Love me some Pyro Porn. :p
Great video too. Lots of great items in there. I loved the sound of all those salutes at the end lifting. :D

Just curious...How much of the show was 1.3g?
The first 5 mins was all 200g cakes with 8 500g mixed in. After that was 28 2in 1.3 salutes. Then it was mostly 500g cakes with 3 1.3g cakes mixed in up until the 16min mark. After that was almost all 1.3. I didnt have any racks to do shells with except for a 10 shot 3in rack which I filled. Next year will be more shells heavy than cakes.

It was the DJi Phantom 3. The Phantom 4 is out now and records in 4k. The Phantom 3 is 1080. This drone belongs to a friend of mine. I am getting the Phantom 4 in the next 30 days.

Ok, here is the last one, I promise. We will call this the theatrical version. Its very documentary feeling and probably my favorite of the three Ive posted. Which one do you guys like best?

Did you have to get a permit for the 1.3?

Did you have to get a permit for the 1.3?
Legally, I probably should have, but I didnt. The show was 20 mins long and not a single cop was called. The entire neighborhood comes out to see and as you can see, I was very responsible and not doing anything stupid. The only permit I may have to pull next year will be to close the street off so cars dont come down in the area that a lot of spectators were standing.
