I have a question about a storage magazine location

I have a friend of mine who lives out in the country on about 1 or 2 acres, she has neighbors around her. My question is if she was ok with it would I be able to put a shipping container on her property to store 1.3 product in to shoot at her house around the 4th of July. basically would this qualify as a proper storage facility for the question on the ATF application for a storage facility? I live in Oklahoma so not sure if I would need to have insurance and permits to shoot 1.3 product at a private location or not.

The shipping container would have to meet ATF standards first. You cant just have a container dropped and store 1.3 in it. It must be modified inside with plywood as well as the inside of the doors as well as a steel hood over the locks on the outside to start
