crazy exciting and graffiti are great 200g cakes.. A few others of my favorites would be, Bait a Hook (megabanger), Quack Attack (megabanger), Bug Eyed(WC), AI(wc), Honey Badger(WC), Full Speed (WC), Super Stallion(BP), Mischief(WC).

There really are so many good 200g cakes out there its hard to even pick a top 5 for me..

Kentucky Pyro, I am an idiot for leaving Bug Eyed off this list, that is a good one (although I wish there was more color in the finale), and I am going to shoot AI this year, excited for that one.
Bobby Peru, I'm also an idiot for leaving that one off the list, that is harder to find around me (Seattle area) but I shot a couple at New Years this year and it was really good. I like its almost double finale.
FlyingDutchman and chriskrc, I have to look for those, have never shot any of those, they are on my list now for a trip to the reservation in the next couple days :)

I like about 12 mighty minis fused together. I buy they by the case for 90 cents/per. I fues them in fours and light them a couple seconds apart. its a nice start to finale

cmalloy513 - Matrix Pyro looks awesome, nice little finale, I am looking for that one for sure; have shot the Honey Badger before, no finale to speak of, but hard hits for a 200g (I thought it was a 350g...maybe just because it looks bigger than the little 200g cakes you usually see ;)
dwright1542 - Road Trip is good, nice finale, but wish it had more variety (all just silver crackle it'd seem), Silver Screen looks really good, almost bought one of these tonight, but the guy wanted $20 for it, for a single 200g cake? no! Both were really nice in your show.
Cerus - LOVE the Graffiti, that's why it was first on my list, lots of variety, wish it had just a little more finale, but for a 200g, can't complain!
chrish - that's a killer deal, I have to start buying cases and fusing them, on its own it was just okay but I can imagine a bunch together!

I had three graffitis in my finale tonight going off on about a 4 sec delay between each - my excals finished quicker than I expected but the three end bursts on the graffiti made for a nice finish. May not be a big enough finish for the bigger backyard shows but I was very pleased with everything. Will definitely be buying the 200g cakes by the case next year.

Really wanted make it rain but couldn't find them locally. :(

Ps. Your post with vids sold me on graffiti, CE and magnificent. Made a second trip and bought them Saturday.

We picked up a few random 200g cakes to shoot off before our big show. We tried A.I. By World Class last night and loved it. We will be adding them to our shows from now on. We also like Just Hanging that our son picked out by World Class.

@PyroManiac - I agree on the Honey Badger, only problem being it is in a "big" box so a lot of the stands around here try to charge more, almost like a precursor to the NOAB scams...maybe it's a 350g, or there's a 350g variant?
@JoSlicknuts - Pyro Alert is always a good one, will keep an eye out for Turn It Loose, have never shot that one.
@Cerus - A.I. is absolutely one of my favorites, always look for that one, and Graffiti and Crazy Exciting! Just Hanging is too much yellow for me :)

Texas Rattlesnake by Showtime, it's an all gold popcorn cake with a 4 shot rapid finale! great piece to shoot multiples of!

I bought Medal of Honor, Shockers, and Seal Team 6 from Spirit of 76 this year. The one I *REALLY* wanted they were sold out of. And I ordered in January!! That was Fanblastic. It looked like a 500G cake in the video.

Argh, I shouldn't have left out Magnificent Festival - they are hard for me to find at times in WA, last shot in 2015, but it is a great one that I'm always on the lookout for. Great Expectation is even harder to find, almost no Winda stuff here it seems, will keep an eye out.

Holy cow, have never seen Fanblastic before, that is really impressive in the video. I've shot Seal Team 6 before, thought it was okay; haven't seen the other two.

I was pretty impressed with point break by empire... Hard hitting with really good color... Had a few of those, some bump bear, great expectations, winter ballistic, fire sale, midnight run and tsunami alert by magnus, and a case of thunder and gold... Shot those in sets of 4 crisscrossing my shoot site

WOW, I have never seen that cake (or even that brand) out here in Seattle, but you weren't kidding, TONS of variety, Iron Mission by Firehawk is 100% on my list for next year (if I can find it). Wow!

I'll bet your ears were burning all week Ed. I was telling my buddy at PGI that "this guy named Ed from Texas uses..." "This guy Ed did <x,y,z> in his show..."

Bump Bear was one of them. Whacky Tobacky another. Comets, fans, etc.

We met Ben Muzzy and the president of SO76 at the convention. They put on 2 different 1.4G shows. Wow. Most impressive. I've got a TON of ideas for next years show now! I told my buddy next year just got really expensive!! Lol...

Brothers Bling Bling and Wildcard.
Winda Super Sonic and Gold Rush.

I mostly stick to the 500 bangers and 60g shells.

I don't have a favorite 200 gram but here are some of my likes. Grapes over Vineyard (WC), Massive destruction (WC), Crazy Exciting on Steroids (WC), The Cowboy (WC), Graffiti (WC), and Texas Rattlesnake (Showtime). That is a few that I have always enjoyed shooting off.

My current favorite 200gram cake is winter ballistic by winda.... Nice mix of effects. Though there are many solid 200 gram cakes out currently. Point break, open grave, bump bear, crazy exciting...

Looking forward to trying pyro king out this year, as well as many new release of classic cakes.

Wow, Epic Force looks awesome - am going to keep an eye out for that, but I don't think I've seen Epic before here in the Seattle area...maybe here in another wrapping though. Same goes for Shogun and Winda, rarely see those, either :( Tons of World Class stuff, as well as tons of TNT (I've almost never shot anything from TNT that I thought was good for the money though, being honest), and some Black Cat (meh), Cutting Edge (usually good, hard to find), Great Grizzly and Boomer. Never heard of or seen Hardcore Pyro or Firehawk, to the suggestions by PyroManiac1981 and kxm62971, respectively.

Every year I hope to see lots of new brands, even if it's the name brand stuff that others around the country get all the time, but usually it's just a bunch of weirdo local rewraps and the three or four core brands above (and I suspect a lot of the rewraps with Seahawks nonsense and so forth on them are really just rewraps of WC, TNT, etc. :)

They removed the silvery powder from it several years ago too. A cake I always considered as a cousin, Pyro King's F-16, is a superb choice for a quiet-to-noisy cake.
