Firework Transportation Laws?

Does anybody know if it is illegal to have fireworks in the trunk or back of a SUV in Texas?

It's only illegal in the city limits.. don't speed and make sure your lights work. I am moving 2500 pounds thru the city on saturday..... just gotta be careful

All I really know is that bottle rockets are illegal.

Not all bottle rockets. Only rockets with bodies less than like 2 3/8" in length or something. That's the only thing illegal.

only ones that are illegal are the bottles rockets less than 15 inches in total lengths
