How to set up a finale board

I'm going to try to fuse together my finale board this year. I have around 20 cakes and a case of roman candles I was going to use for the finale. I have all of the times for each cake that I want to put in this. I do have two 3" cakes that take a minute to shoot and several small cakes that last 15 seconds. I know that you want it to end at the same time. So do you set your boards up with some fast cakes and them throw the 3" in the middle and end with more fast cakes? How long for a backyard show should the finale be if the show usually last 35 minutes?

i would think if your 3" cakes take a minute i would let that go first then the small cakes behind it so they would fill in and should finish about the same time.

I love to use fast cakes mixed with some big 500G items.... especially if ya can get some low items and noise items mixed in with it...

I like to end with a bunch of fast items....


I try to have my finale be between 5% and 10% of what my show length would be... Thats just me though...
