View Full Version : New to Indiana
I lived in IL my whole life where we all know fire works are illegal. Moved to Valpo IN. Now I could enjoy fireworks I just don't want to get ripped off. Any advice where to buy whole sale or retail?

.
The answer to your questions is what is your budget? This close to July 4th fireworks are in demand.
.
I not going to let people name ever fireworks store in Indiana on this post.

Shot you a PM with some info as I'm very familiar with the area instead of spamming stuff here.

Welcome to the forums! Welcome to another Hoosier! And a special welcome to another Valpo Pryo!
Even though it is late, since your budget is up there, look into wholesale. I went to wholesale five years ago after watching Dave's videos and will never go back to retail. Well, except for picking up pieces for fun when you get that itch.

Here is an entire list of my Sponsors of pyrotalk.com. Some are within a reasonable drive of where you are located. Others will ship fireworks to you.

Sent you a pm.
Like Dave just posted, we are centrally located to numerous wholesalers including many sponsors that are awesome companies to deal with.
Indiana is incredibly firework friendly.

Budget of about 1000
For $1K bucks you should be able to put on a very nice show! I would probably stick with mostly 200G cakes and maybe something like 2 high steppers for the finale.
The assortment and effects in some of these 200G cakes is awesome! I bought 1 case of 200G cakes called "Booms Day." 24 cakes for $54! (It was $89 before the 40% discount.) Even at $89 per case, you can buy a TON of 200G cakes to make a really nice show.
Just a thought...
