Ordering from ace pyro

Has anyone ordered from ace pyro before?
I placed my order 18 days ago and I have yet to receive a call or email about picking up my items. I scheduled the pick up date for today. The email confirmation told me an employee would contact me by phone or email to confirm the time and location of the pick up. Nothing. I've called and sent an email but haven't heard back. Was just wondering how things went for you guys. Besides that everyone have a good Memorial Day.

They may have just been busy with the holiday, hopefully you got your order ok. I spoke with many of them at their demo, great bunch of people. I will be putting an order in this week with them, let me know how things went.

Everything worked out just great! Thank you so much Al for contacting them. I was able to receive my fireworks and enjoyed the memorial weekend. Was amazing making my first 1.3 purchase and lighting them.
