Do you think you could use them with a dip kit?

My guess is that is what they are, the next step is to dip them. This is an example of communication failure in China. There is probably a need for a consumer igniter shaped like this. But this is not it. You could probably place this directly into a lift charge and they would work. But they would not work reliably. There are other options.
