When some of the 1.3 stuff comes into United States , it makes its way to Chicago and gets further distributed out from there. Is that correct? Someone told me that once. This sounds like a legal shipment. Wish i knew more about it. We should actually spread the word to help find this. It sounds like non-fireworks people did this.

Think it could be an "inside" job? I mean some one would have to have knowledge of shipment and location of that shipment on the train.

The container should be placarded 1.3 and someone had to have known that the train was carrying it. It comes into Los Angeles and fireworks make their way east for distribution
