1.4's Legal in West Virginia?

I just read that 1.4's will go on sale in West Virginia in June. Anyone on here from there? What's the word on the street?

My hope is that people use common sense while lighting fireworks this year after June 1st. But it is the law of the land, nothing in law states a one year test period or anything like that. If people abuse or misuse the law, sure the legislation could change it again. So be smart about it.
I'm thinking about opening a tent to sell fireworks to you wonderful West Virginians.
