anti-sparking sealer

I need to make the inside of my magazine anti-sparking per ATF. I don't want to use plywood. Is there a spray on sealer that would comply to anti-sparking rules. Any ideas?

Rhino liner, that do it yourself truck bed liner (any brand will do). It is not spray on but roll on, but does the trick..
