I looked at your ip address, it looks like you live very close to Virginia? If that is true, consider Virginia for contingency and purchase. The ATF license is not limited by state boundaries. Did you purchase my ATF/DVD package? If not consider it, you will have a full understanding of the procedure. I don't feel conformable giving out an exact 54 location that is not a business address.
