It's a safe and Sane state. There really aren't many stores in the state that sell either. The state requires a permit from what I've read and that you are competent but a state shooters license is not required

Well that's better than here in NY. I have no issues with permits or even showing competence but this state gets too ridiculous. Good for those in Vermont.
