Hello All, my name is earl....I mean...Kevin. I was lead here by watching all of Dave's videos on youtube, and am trying to get into the world of pyrotechnics. The only thing about it is the terrible Ohio 1.4 laws. If the state can take sales tax from them, we should be able to use them in Ohio! Anyways, I am trying to be a sponge and soak up all the info I can get off this forum and from videos. I live in a suburb of Dayton,Oh in the country and I'm not going to lie, I have set off some roman candles and some small cakes last year, anyone else from Ohio on the forum?

Welcome and good luck in your quest for pyro help. One thing I wouldn't do is broadcast something that has or will be done illegally. It makes you, this forum and the pyro world look bad from the otherside. Again good luck....search, read, and ask!

It's alright. Just a learning process. Also goes for products you find that might be of "better quality"....keep those free from public posting as well. Just some tips.

Will do. Thanks for the tips! From Indiana, eh? One of the few things I recognize off of I-70 is the colts stadium and Shelton's.....haha! I do have some friends in new castle though out in the middle of nowhere.

Yeah, originally from Indianapolis now residing in Avon just on western outskirt. I pass sheltons on my way to my lady's parents in pickerington....have heard mixed reviews so I never go in.
