Rocket Recall

there is a recall on Super Lightning Rockets. i saw this while browsing bigs website and i read the recall information and it says they put too much pyrotechnic compisition in them. personally i think that would be good because it would sound better but i am aware there are saftey precautions and laws and stuff.
