From time to time I share a few emails about me helping fireworks enthusiast obtain an ATF license for 1.3 fireworks.

Dave:
I purchased your ATF Display License packet back in the fall of 2015. So here is a quick update. The AFT personel where at my house today. They went over all the regulation as you said they would do. The whole process took about an hour and a half. Following the presentation they advised me that I would be receiving my License i about 4 weeks. Thank You. your program is fantastic.
XXXXX XXXXX Jr.
PS: Do you know of a 1.3 wholesaler in Clearfield PA. The ATF personnel said I could purchase fireworks in that area since my shoot this summer will be in Potter county. I only need to contact the whole seller and get a contingency plan approval and submit it to the ATF
.
.
While I don't have all the details, I believe he lives in one area and is shooting in another location. It looks like FireArt is getting a new 1.3 customer. LOL
