Some really neat stuff. I have been known to set off a few Sky Cruisers in the past. Very cool.

What do Sky Cruisers actually do?

Also how are you supposed to light these?

Set on ground, light fuse and get away. That's about it. It's a spin stabilized rocket. It has two nozzles. One is on the side and one on the bottom. The fuse enters the side and ignites the rocket mixture that causes the tube to spin like a top and right itself just in time for the mixture to burn to the core and ignite the rocket stage. Since the tube is upright and spinning, when the rocket mix fires through the bottom nozzle it lifts into the air until the payload is ignited. Some actually spin on a nail until they get off the ground. The effect is crackle and report.
