These Batman crackers are very rare. Production was stopped and many destroyed because of Batman syndication issues pursued by attorneys.

This device was filled with Torpedo Powder mix and hit against the concrete to make the feather device fly into the air. Supposedly made with real bird feathers. Again very rare.
