Nail Boards

Hello, You are probably fed up of hearing me ahah, but I am creating a nail board for my firework display this year and need to know weather I can connect my battery to the board using speaker cable rather than the expensive firework wire.

I am not sure if I want to ask your age or what your budget is? I'll assume you are over 18 and have access to a supply of speaker wire. As long as you keep the project low DC voltage it should not be a problem. The key is to have good connections. Once you complete the circuit with the wand do not hold it there. Do it rapidly, set it up with no fireworks to experiment first.
I posted this video for reference as an older technique. Currently it is rarely used. Now most people have a small inexpensive wireless fireworks firing system for these applications.
