Hello all,
My DR11 1.91" is ready and my wood plugs from Midwest Wood Specialties arrived today. The plugs fit perfectly snug inside the HDPE!
My question is... what's the preferred method for securing them to the inside of the pipe? I hear using an air compressor/nail gun and shooting staples into it on 4 sides is the best... some say to use brad nails, some say to use screws and predrill to prevent the plug from splitting.
I'm looking to run 1" brad staples through the pipe on 4 sides... Is that enough? I have 120 of them to do tomorrow.
