Congratulations, I can only imagine how nice it must feel to have the Type 54 a week before July 4th Holiday. According to my records the State of Missouri has a little over 200 ATF Fireworks license/Permits. The highest concentration is in Jasper County Missouri. Thank you letting us know you received the Type 54. I would recommend you fax a copy to the 1.3 fireworks distributor you plan to purchase from so they can add you into the system. Remember particularly at this time of year give a multi-day notice of what 1.3 items you want to purchase.
