I know Phantom has stands down there but I'm not really sure if they allow the full line or not?

Thanks for joining the forums, it is always nice to have people from various locations. I see you are from Puerto Rico. If you are at least 21 the procedure to obtain an ATF license is the same in Puerto Rico as it is elsewhere in United States. This is because Puerto Rico is a territory of United States. Not sure what you level of fireworks usage is, this is something to consider for you or not.
