Kellner Firecracker Cabinet
A collection of old firecrackers at Kellner's Fireworks in Pennsylvania.
I figured since I was there for the demo I should get another video of the cabinet.

The shell you picked up is the DS-1 Temple of Heaven 1.75" shell. They had quick match and that little visco leader. Some were color some were salutes. The salutes hit harder than most any 1.75"/2"shell out. The DS1 box is shown on one of the shelves as well in this video. Phantom carried them for many years. A retailer/importer friend of mine had them remade in the early 2000s. They also had the DS2 kit which was called Large display shells. They were 2" or 2.25".

Phantom had several overloaded items before.
After 2006 they were compliant with everything.

Not necessarily. We have a local fire dept who has a contract for destruction of confiscated fireworks. They BLEW UP a whole trailer load in 2010 of Phantom 3" NOAB - i forget what it was called - but had fiberglass tubes - the graveyard for those things are still there today!

It was actually overloaded?
I am highly doubtful.
