Why can't there be amazing pyro companies here in houston texas. Before I joined this forum I thought Pennsylvania was only good for the amish........ lol it just isn't fair. I wish I had as much 1.3 as Penn does. It's like it's knocking on yall front door. I have to pull teeth here in tx to find anyone with good stuff much less a website.......... am I on to something? Wouldn't it be awesome to be an importer/distributor for tx...... hmmmmmm untapped market.... mguerra.......?

Wouldn't it be awesome to be an importer

You could get your importers license for personal use...

According to the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives (ATF), the import of U.N. Class 1.4 fireworks (firecrackers, roman candles, sparklers, etc.) is regulated by the state into which you will be importing them. Please refer to your state government for their regulations on importing consumer fireworks.

U.N. Class 1.3 (commercial grade) fireworks are regulated by the ATF and require special permits and licenses to import. Please see the ATF Web site for their regulations on the import of commercial grade fireworks (firework answers begin with #60). It is illegal to transport fireworks by air without special licenses from the Department of Transportation.

The funny thing about Pennsylvania, the only legal consumer fireworks are ground based fountains. LOL
I keep trying to add more 1.3 fireworks distributors to pyrotalk, they are out there, they are welcome to advertise here on pyrotalk. I welcome anyone in the fireworks business to advertise with me. There are not many places left for these people in the business to advertise. I am one of a few. Of the "Few" I feel I am the only one with social media and best connected to the new pyro-enthusiast. I probably do not get some distributors because of pressure they receive from the Jealous-Universe-20. Some people in the business just do not want that type of headache. The overall feedback I get from my advertisers has been good and over 90% renew with me every year. A few distributors told me they only advertise with me. It works for everyone ,most importantly the customer. Over the years there have been many people try to introduce a new product or service in the pyro field but they never get the word out there. They wait for someone to find them and do not know how to market their product. This is where I can help. If you out there is the business reading this, remember the old adage "Early to bed , early to rise, work like hell and advertise. LOL
