Golden Stars

Does anyone know a great formula for long lasting slow gold stars? I would like the stars to look like these:

Try this formula:
Charcoal, Airfloat 10.5
Potassium Nitrate 10.2
Titanium, Spherical (30-100 mesh) 3.0
Fero-Titanium 60:40 (40-325 mesh) 4.5
Aluminum, Atomized (325 mesh) 1.5
Sulfur 1.5
Dextrine 1.2

Totals 32.4 Parts by Weight Bind with Water Cut or pump & prime. [not much prime is needed for these stars, but a light prime will ensure the stars don't blow blind. ]
This is a modification from Shimizu's Tiger Tail star formulation.
Note: depending on what type wood is used for the charcoal you will see different burn rates in the stars. Pine, Cedar, Willow, Pawolina, etc. all give a slightly different effect.
Making charcoal from different type wood for different burn effects is an art in itself which I have just recently been introduced to. Fascinating!

There is also a formula given in Hardt by the name Nishiki Kamuro which roughly translates to brocade willow. Not too distant from the formula given before.

KNO3 29%
Charcoal. 34%
Ferrotitanium. 25%
Sulphur. 6%
Dextrin. 6%
