Looks like he used a translation software and is asking if anyone knows the powder formulas used in these fuses possibly?

Our friend here from China appears to be trying to make his own fuse; he is showing us two pictures of the type of fuse he is trying to make. Most of us just purchase fuse, I never thought of making fuse. Does someone know how to make the type of fuse he is asking for?

Basically, you're wanting the formulas for the visco fuse and time fuse. All there is to it is black powder. If you know how to make good black powder, it shouldn't be to complicating. Once you have the fine black powder, the threading part comes. I don't specifically how they do it in China, but I do know it would be pretty confusing. Displayfireworks1 showed you a spolette which consists of rammed black powder for timing, and an end of blackmatch for the fire to kind of spread out more. In order to make blackmatch, you take cotton string, dip it in a black powder slurry, and then set it out to dry.

I built a Visco machine some time back and to be honest my first tests on BP were abysmal I figured that in commercial fuse BP was not used, I then spent some time playing with formulas if I remember I settled on a potassium per chlorate/sulphur/ silicone mix that flowed well in the machine: here is the machine.

and a test after a coating of black NC (all I had) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5tXVbl8z61w&list=UUtJ5Ww-4LjbLcnu6690SZuA&index=8

I will give the pyros over seas credit, love watching their videos of fuse making machines, tube rollers, star rollers, and ball mills...they have their macguyver skills at 100%... Unfortunately i don't have the time or will to try making visco fuse... I will do spoolettes and quick match but i will buy the rest

I guess we are lucky here in the states. Visco fuse is pretty cheap. Don't know why you would want to take the time to to try making it. But to each his own I guess.

Maybe once i get to a point in my life where i have more free time than scheduled work, i could see myself making time fuse.. Maybe visco but for now, there just are not enough hours in a day for all that....very thankful that we don't live in a fully regulated country.... Talked to a guy who lives in a country where bb guns are illegal.... He can't get fuse, chemicals, or decent fireworks... Lame

We have a member on the forums that makes Visco fuse, maybe he will eventually come along and see this post.
