There are many ways to set up "slice cakes" as we call them here in the USA. If you have time & materials available & plan to use them frequently in the future, I would suggest you build a box with slots to hold them. The ones we use will hold 6 units with a thin wood divider between them.
The easiest way-if you are only using 2 or 3 pieces- is to secure them with stakes & duct tape. A 7 shot can be secured with one stake & tape wrapped around it. The larger 11 shot should have 2 stakes in the back & one in the front with tape around it all to hold it in place.
Also, you can brace them between cement or cinder blocks.

I see it is one of our friends from Sweden. Please say hello to the Swedish Bikini Team for me.
Are you able to take a picture of the product you have.

I an leery of using wood boxes for slice cakes. They seem to catch fire pretty regularly for me. A good buddy of mine lost a brand new Cobra module to a fire started by a slice cake.

Dave --- thanks for the random humor . Too many pyros lack a sense of humor. Good to see that you don't have that problem .
I love those old cheesy non-p.c. beer tv commercials .

The ones we have been using the last couple years do not have bottoms in them. Seems to help with the fire issue--the only down side is you can't load & wire them up at the table & take them out to the shoot position--you have to drop the slices in there & wire them up. Not a big deal unless you are using dozens of them. Bummer with the Cobra module!!! Did he have it mounted on the side of the box by any chance?

No, It wasn't mine b ut one that a friend of mine I delivered that evening. That particular module was used in the first few seconds of an automated show placed downwind of a slice cake sandwiched between two cakes. the slice cake set both cakes on fire.
It was then user's first time using the system and he didn't remember to protect his module. Scott worked out a deal to replace the module with the new owner.
It was an unfortunate circumstance that I/we didn't know where that module was or the fire could have been addressed before the damaged occurred.

You can use a wire shelf to fasten your slices to. Or use two. Sandwich as many slices as you like between two segments of wire shelf cut to length. Duct tape or zip tie the entire assembly together. Brace it with stakes, cinder blocks, milk crates or any suitable device.

if you're really in a pinch, you could also duct tape the tubes together and brace 'em .
i've seen this done, too.
