Diwali (Indian holiday) Fireworks policies in Brampton, Ontario, Canada

I had been told fireworks were totally illegal in Canada for joe six-pack/consumers but, apparently not everywhere in Canada such as Brampton, Ontario where they permit fireworks for the Indian holiday called Diwali as well as New Years' Eve, Canada Day & Victoria Day .

Great Link. I filled out the application, I want to see if email me a permit. If they do I am taking it to Kellners and buy some fireworks. LOL
