I think you're talking about the crackers with the bickford fuse, the "delova rana". It means "canon shot" in CZECH, and it is typical from CZECH republic, especially from privatex, or pyromoravia ;-) The 75mm haves 60g flash, and the 45 mm with yellow label 45gr flash. You have to shake them before use, because, for safety, the different products of the mix are added separately.
