i have started o facebook group page that i , pyromaniac1981 and pyroliffic run and i am the main person of this group. this group is for us pyros in the tri state area of philly to chat and get together for a possible shoot so here is the link

No it is not against the rules to organize shoots and network with other fireworks enthusiast, the rules are about business promotions. This is part of the reason I want all members to have at least their state location identified in their profile. We all need to see who is near us, people new and/or established can help each other. I wish more pyrotechnic clubs across United States would announce their shoots and membership drives.
Speaking of fireworks clubs, my research is telling me membership is dropping in many of these clubs including the PGI. I think it is good thing you and the others are trying to promote something using social media.
