I got a question to anyone who has there 54 Permit. Lets say you live in Long-island NY or somewhere that you would have to cross a bridge to get into P.A... You pick up your 1.3 products from a NY distributor and head off to your shoot site in PA. Now you get pulled over crossing the bridge with fireworks in the trunk of the car but you have proof of your 54 permit/License and show them. Can and will you be in trouble for crossing a bridge with 1.3 product. Is that any violation code of the DOT or any other agency for crossing a bridge ?
