This will give you some perspective of fireworks in 1994 in Seattle Washington. It looks like th ecompany is Western Pyrotechnics, From what I heard Western has a strong hold on fireworks in the state of Washington. Western Pyrotechnics is the company that Dan at Tannerite is always in some battle with.
This video is from 1994. Some of the first computerized system we starting around this time. You will hear them talk about 16 inch shells.
