Multi-Break Artillery Shell

The multi-break artillery shells sold in United States are very weak, it is my understand that the total pyro weight of all the break can not exceed the maximum the same as if it was a single break shell.
Here is video from one of my YouTube friends, I bet if the multi-break shells sounded like this they would be very popular in United States.

In Spain the limit of flash is 15gram for normal consumer shells and multibreak-peanuts.
So it's doable to produce them, i don't know the rules about the rest of the components but i don't think it is illegal if they exceed the amount for normal shells.

Awesome shells..... they SHOULD be adding flash to consumer shells. :)
